Clubhouse Reservations
- Check the calendar below for clubhouse availability on the date and time you desire.
- Send an email to reservations@hiddencreekal.org - Please include the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Date and times you would like to use the clubhouse
- Type of function you will be hosting
- Expected number of guests
You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation and instructions for submission of the $200 security/cleaning deposit.
Clubhouse Use Policy
Please note that use of the clubhouse is in accordance with the Clubhouse User Agreement. Your reservation request is an acknowledgement that you have read and agree to abide by the Clubhouse User Agreement.
In accordance with the Clubhouse User Agreement, you must complete the items on the Clubhouse Checkout List. Failure to complete these items will result in forfeiture of all, or part, of your security/cleaning deposit.
