Prospective Purchasers Please Note

  1. HCHOA dues are $325 annually.
  2. Replacement pool key fobs are $15.00.
  3. In accordance with Article IV of the Protective Covenants, unpaid assessments can result in a lien on the property. Thus, prospective purchasers of property in Hidden Creek should contact the Association to verify the existence of Liens on the lot. The HCHOA shall, within five (5) days after receiving a written request furnish a letter signed by an officer of the Association setting forth whether the assessments on a specified lot have been paid.
